Mission Trip Meeting!

Happy December!

Would you like to serve on the St John’s EYC Mission Trip this summer? Parents and Youth are invited to the Mission Trip Information Meeting THIS Tuesday (December 5th) from 7-8 p.m. in Discovery House (918 S Orleans Ave)! Check out a quick preview video of the trip:

 

We will be serving in Chattanooga, TN from June 2-9, 2018. Our free days will include a Braves game, whitewater rafting, and spending the night in a cave! The Mission Trip will be open to current 6^th-12^th graders, and you can sign up at the meeting!

Our first group of pics/video this week are from Sunday night's EYC Games! 

No EYC this Sunday (12/10)--but NEXT Sunday (12/17) will be our first EYC Tacky Christmas Party, from 4:30-6 p.m. in Discovery House! Come wearing your tackiest Christmas gear (there will be a costume prize!)--with a "White Elephant" WRAPPED gift (something fun or wacky--no more than $15) to exchange (more on White Elephant here)! If you need some inspiration, here are some of my past outfits!

Invite your friends--it's going to be an epic night :)!


Winter Jam (an annual Christian Concert Tour) is coming to Tampa's Amalie Arena on Saturday, January 13th--and St John's EYC is going!  The cost is $15 per person, and friends are welcome. We also need parents to help drive! Please let me know if you would like to sign up. Click here for more info on the tour, and check out the promo video below!

We still need parent volunteers for our EYC Dinners! Our goal would be to cover each week with a different family providing the meal for 15-20 people. You are welcome to turn in receipts for reimbursement. Sign up here!
